The centre is currently OPEN and our weekly day service sessions are running.
Information for members
The Wycombe Mind Centre has been certified as Covid-19 Secure due to all the measures taken by our staff and members to keep the centre clean and to practice social distancing. This means that we are able to run our day service sessions throughout the lockdown but with certain restrictions in place.
When entering the building please sanitise your hands and follow the one way system, this means walking via the fire exits into the rooms. Please practice social distancing between everyone in the session and we advise you to wear your mask when not sat down. We are also keeping our rooms well ventilated.
We have the ability to facilitate blended sessions with members dialling in via Zoom to say hello and to have a chat. Please let us know if this is something you would be interested in.
Information for prospective volunteers
Unfortunately, due to the new restrictions, we are limited in the amount of people we can have in one space. This means that the more volunteers we have in, the less members can come to visit. Because of this we are unable to take on any new volunteers currently.
If you are interested in volunteering, and are happy to wait for restrictions to ease, then please do send us an application and we will contact you when these opportunities become available again. Please visit our volunteer page to find an application.
